Week 1

Week 1: Defining Your Retirement Vision. Retirement is not just about finishing work—it’s about creating a life that feels meaningful, structured, and fulfilling. Week 1 of our retirement coaching program helps you clearly define what retirement looks like for you, so you can move into this next chapter with confidence and direction. Many people enter retirement financially prepared, yet feel uncertain about how they will spend their time, maintain purpose, or stay engaged. This week is designed to help you avoid those common challenges by building clarity from the very beginning. What You’ll Gain in Week 1 In this first week, you’ll focus on laying the foundations for a rewarding and purposeful retirement by: • Creating a clear retirement vision o Define what a fulfilling life after work looks like for you o Clarify your lifestyle goals, values, and priorities o Identify what gives you meaning and motivation in retirement • Understanding the real challenges of retirement o Learn why loss of routine, identity, and purpose is common o Recognise the emotional and psychological shifts that often occur o Gain insight into how to navigate uncertainty and change with confidence • Building a framework for long-term fulfilment o Be introduced to the Five Pillars of a Fulfilling Retirement o Understand how purpose, wellbeing, connection, growth, and structure support long-term satisfaction o Establish a practical framework to guide decisions throughout your retirement years. In our second week, we dive into the four building blocks you need to be aware of when planning for retirement—key areas that will shape your experience and help you navigate the transition with clarity and confidence. Alongside these essentials, we’ll also work through the mindset you should take into retirement, so you’re not just prepared on paper, but mentally ready to embrace the opportunities and changes this next chapter brings

Week 3

This week, we focus on priorities and values—the two key elements that will drive your goal-setting process in retirement and shape your overall satisfaction and enjoyment. Understanding what truly matters to you lays the groundwork for a retirement that feels purposeful and fulfilling. To support this, you’ll also take a practical values assessment to help you gain clearer insight into what motivates you, guiding your decisions and plans for the years ahead

Week 4

In our final group week, we turn our attention to money—how to budget effectively so you can make informed choices and feel confident about your financial future. From there, we explore the different types of goals you should be setting, grounded in your personal priorities and lifestyle. You’ll also learn a practical goal-setting process to help turn your vision for retirement into clear, achievable steps

Week 5

your first 90 minute one on one coaching session where we use the budget tool to get a rough financial plan and then looking at your values and priorities draft your first set of retirement goals, using the WOOP methodology.

Week 6

your second 90 minute one on one coaching build on the first session to refine your draft goals into a set of actionable goals that you the roadmap to achieve the retirement you dream of. 6 & 12 months - Regular checkins to see how you are progressing in your retirement and the goals you set and to refine or change if necessary
